I also created and offer a unique service that removes energetic blockages, facilitates personal alignment, and elevates consciousness. This is called guided intuitive journeying, which is a form of meditation that supports inner exploration and lasting transformation.
Reiki healing is received fully clothed either in person on a massage table in a healing space or through long distance healing. Energy moves freely throughout the universe and distance Reiki harnesses this for your benefit.
